We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2 Principle

This website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected, this is done on a voluntary basis. We process only the data we need for the relevant purpose.

3 Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referring page, and browser and operating system details. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and error analysis. It is not merged with other data sources.

4 Contact form and e-mail

When you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide – generally name, e-mail address and your message – in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not pass this data to third parties without your consent. We retain it for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

5 Client data in the context of our services

In providing domicile, postal, fiduciary and real estate services, we process the data required to perform the contract, namely contact and company details, contract data, accounting and billing data and – where required by law – identification documents. Disclosure to third parties takes place only where necessary to provide the service (for example notaries, the commercial register, authorities, banks) or where a legal obligation exists. Statutory retention periods apply, in particular the ten-year retention obligation for business records.

This website uses cookies – small text files stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies enable the website to operate. Further cookies may be set for statistical purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; some functions may then be unavailable.

7 Web analytics

8 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address in order to send information about our services. Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) may be used for distribution, which involves transfer of data to the United States. You can unsubscribe at any time, either through the link in each message or by e-mailing us.

9 Disclosure abroad

Where we use service providers abroad, personal data may be disclosed in countries whose level of data protection does not correspond to that of Switzerland. In such cases we rely on the safeguards provided by law, in particular standard contractual clauses.

10 Data security

This website is operated over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Complete protection cannot be guaranteed for data transmitted over the internet, in particular by e-mail.

11 Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law you have the right in particular to:
