General Terms and Conditions

1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between DD Immo Service Plus GmbH, Baarerstrasse 75, 6300 Zug («DD Immo») and its clients concerning the services provided by DD Immo. Deviating or supplementary agreements apply only if agreed in writing. The version in force at the time the contract is concluded prevails.
2 Services
DD Immo provides in particular:
- Company domicile in the canton of Zug, with or without c/o
- Postal services: address registration, mail collection, forwarding, digitisation and archiving
- Fiduciary services: accounting and annual closing, Swiss VAT returns, payroll, taxes, debt collection, office organisation
- Company formation and administrative support with notaries, the commercial register and other authorities
- Real estate services: management, concierge, property search and support with purchase and sale
- Use of meeting room and workspaces, office search and fit-out
- Local landline number and related telephone services
The exact scope of services follows from the offer or the individual contract. This website contains no online shop; no orders can be concluded through it.
3 Conclusion of contract
Information on this website is non-binding and does not constitute an offer. A contract is concluded when DD Immo confirms an offer or an order in writing, or begins to provide the service.
4 Prices and payment
The prices of the applicable offer or price list apply. All prices are in Swiss francs. VAT is shown separately where due. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. In the event of default, DD Immo may suspend further services until payment is received.
5 Term and termination
Term, renewal and notice periods follow from the individual contract. When a domicile contract ends, the client must relocate the company’s registered office without delay and arrange the corresponding change in the commercial register. DD Immo is entitled to refuse mail received after the contract has ended.
6 Client’s duty to cooperate
The client provides DD Immo with all documents and information required for the provision of services, completely and in good time, and reports changes without delay. Where required, the client provides the requested evidence identifying the contracting party and the beneficial owner. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not attributable to DD Immo.
7 Confidentiality
DD Immo treats all information obtained in the course of the engagement as confidential. Disclosure to third parties takes place only where necessary to perform the contract or where a legal or official obligation exists.
8 Involvement of third parties
DD Immo may engage third parties to perform the engagement, in particular notaries, IT service providers and specialists.
9 Liability
DD Immo performs its services with the diligence of a proper agent. Liability for slight negligence and for the conduct of auxiliary persons engaged is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect damage and lost profit is likewise excluded.
10 Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and by our privacy policy.
11 Amendments
DD Immo may amend these terms at any time. The version in force when the contract is concluded prevails. The current version is available at immo-serviceplus.ch/agb.
12 Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
13 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All contracts are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
14 Binding language version
These terms exist in German. Translations are provided for information only; in case of doubt, the German version prevails.
